Came across this tribute to IT managers, called “Everything Has Changed.” It’s directed by Christopher Guest (of “This Is Spinal Tap” fame) and is a plug for Intel.
It’s quite funny and shows the IT manager in a whole new light. Some of the great lyrics include: “Trouble tickets everywhere, tangled up in old software,” and “Remote manageablity puts the power where it should be, with managers of IT … like ME!” and “Almost overnight it seems, no more PEBKACs in my dreams,” and “There’s no more patch and pray, this is a whole new day.” Good stuff.
